Blood Angels in Dark Vengeance

A jednak, są jakieś Krwawe Anioły w nowym zestawie startowym. Przynajmniej w moim były ;)

Yet, there are some Blood Angels in the Dark Vengeance starter set. At least there were some in mine ;)



Tak jak w przypadku poprzedniego startera, przekonałem Taktycznych Marianów do wstąpienia w szeregi Blood Angels. Nie obyło się bez urwania głów co poniektórym bardziej opornym rekrutom.

Just like with the old starter set, I have convinced some of the Tactical Space Marines to join the ranks of Blood Angels. However, some heads of the most resistant recruts had to be removed from their shoulders.

Po tych namowach dostąpili zaszczytu przywdziania soczystej czerwieni (Army Painter Pure Red Primer). Wychodzi na to, że będę musiał przemalować 4 gotowych marinsów, ale nie byłem do nich na 100% przekonany. Oczywiście zostawię to do ostatniej chwili, malując wszystkich innych, a oni zostaną na ostatnią turę.

After my recomendations they granted the honor of covering their armors with juicy red (Army Painter Pure Red Primer). It looks like I will have to repaint the 4 ready painted Marines, but I have not been 100% satisfied with them anyway. Of course, they will be left untouched before the last moment.

Tak więc wszyscy otrzymali nowe naramienniki, a niektórzy z nich nowe hełmy.

So all of them received new shoulderpads and some of htem even got brand new helmets.

Najłatwiejsze przeróbki polegają na ścięciu cześci miecza i zaokrągleniu pozostałych tak, aby miecz przeobraził się w kroplę krwi.

The easiest part of the conversion was removing the parts of the sword and to rounden up the remainings to look like the drop of blood.

Najwięcej pracy wymagał Kapitan. Otrzymał on (oprócz nowego plecaczka) nową głowę z blond czupryną, naramiennik oraz napierśnik godny najznamienitszych Krwawych Aniołów.

The most work was given to the Captain. He got (apart from backpack swap) new head with blonde hairdo, shoulderpad and the breastplate worhty of the most prominent Blood Angels.

Mam nadzieję, że ten wpis zainspiruje niektórych z Was do przerobienia swojego odddziału taktycznych z Mrocznej Zemsty.

I hope that this will inspire some of you to make your changes to your squad of Dark Vengeance Tacticals.

Jeśli ktoś jest ciekawy jaki są postępy w malowaniu modelu do rozdania, to powiem Wam, że trochę się zawiodłem i chwilowo czekam na Was większy odzew.
